SLIMMING WORLD SECRETS
Good afternoon you lovely lot!
So I’ve done it. I’ve officially started following the Slimming World Diet… Again! lol And unsurprisingly my suspicions were right. I am in fact the heaviest I’ve EVER been and so the time to sort that out is now.
I did however think that there was a chance a lot of you are following it or even thinking about it, so I had an idea.
The worst thing about trying to get healthy is finding all of the right information to do it, as well as the financial burden. A lot of people understandably can’t afford to pay for a weekly class or online subscription and so they can’t follow the plan. So I thought it would be a good idea to share the basic principles and a list of the foods needed to get started.
Once you’ve done your shopping a few times it will become second nature and you won’t need to refer to any sort of list at all. But until such times here is the deal:
So that’s the basics as well as a good few lists to work with. It really is an easy enough plan to follow, without being too inconvenient . It’s really just about adjusting your mindset and making a habit of following a much healthier and well balanced food plan.
