
I think I’ve always had an unhealthy relationship with food. As far back as I can remember I have always been an over-eater. It’s strange, the level of sheer satisfaction you get from indulging your sweet tooth. It’s more than just gratifying hunger pangs.
For me its an overwhelming sense of calm and utter relaxation. A warm and glorious feeling in my tummy that can’t be beaten… As I said, I have always had an unhealthy relationship with food…
So, because of this I’ve spent the biggest part of my life on a diet. I’ve done them all. Slimming World, Slim Fast, Cambridge, Juice Plus, Atkins… and so on and so forth. But the only one that’s ever worked for me is Weight Watchers, and so here I am again… back on a diet plan.
I thought there may be those of you like me, who are following WW too, so I’ve decided to share my typical day of eating on this plan.



And for snacking…
The best thing about this diet is that you can still have all of your treats, as long as you stay within your daily points allowance. It’s definitely the only way I can lose weight effectively whilst maintaining my sanity and satisfying my overzealous sweet tooth.
If i’m being honest though, all I really want from life is to be skinny and eat cake… Not asking for much eh?

All that food looks great! I’m a yo-yo dieter as well! The kids have been on holiday so I’m sure I’ve put on a few pounds, it’s time to shift them again! … X

It’s so hard isn’t it??? My sisters eat triple what I eat and are like super models!!! :O I look at food and put on 5 lbs!!! Haha x

Gone are the days of fast food and late night nachos. Did I really eat that bad. I remember pizza at two in the morning to cure that little hunger ache. Now it’s a banana and coffee to start my day. Salad, almonds and cheese for lunch and a nice low carb dinner. Sundays are my free day. Must reward the body!!!
